I stayed there with my wife for a night during my Italy trip in July. Main purpose was to be close to the golf course because I had two rounds booked. The hotel is a bit old and not well maintained but the rooms were ok and we enjoyed the view over the golf course. The pool was under maintenance and there aren’t any other things to do.
However, on the second day my wife checked out while I was still playing golf and the staff at the reception just assumed that she was a hooker and after she confronted him he barely showed any remorse. This treatment was unacceptable!!!
There is a required meal fee for staying half board. $700 for two people for the whole week, breakfast and dinner. Service and food were lacking greatly. First time in Rome and we wanted to eat GOOD food. It's a rip off forcing people to pay for the food you aren't going to eat. The only good thing I can say about this place is the ladies at the reception area were really nice and understanding. I would recommend this place to an older couple who doesn't want the typical tourist experience.
The people at the resort are absolutely fabulous!! They did everything to make our stay perfect đź’— they are amazing people!!
Only complaint is that their shuttle leave a 9:00am sharp and pick up at 7:00 pm. Beside that people so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back
We stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us a lot during our stay with directions, hotel reservations, car rentals, and insider tips that were invaluable.
The hotel abs the grounds are beautiful and the restaurants they recommended are all outstanding. I would highly recommend Carpe Diem to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.
Super far from everything, don't clean the room and want you to clean the kitchen before you leave or you have to pay.I don't recommend this place to anyone.
As a member of global discovery vacations, this property was our option when visiting Rome Italy. You don’t know until you get there and we had no idea how amazing our stay would be. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The only drawback was the room does not have a heater, But don’t let that stop you from selecting this location. Everything else from the ristorante across the street, to the amazing masseuse that gave us massages to the entire beauty of the property itself. What struck us the most, was the kind and helpful staff. This deserves every store that we gave.
Located outside of Rome, this countryside resort is clean, and grounds are well-kept, thus making this place attractive on the outside. Inside the apartments can be a bit dated that give you a feeling of uncleanliness. Walls are worn and scuff marks from furniture/luggage, etc add to this same feeling. That said; kitchenette was stocked w/ dishes, etc. that we needed and ample bedding and daily cleaning service was great.
